At Velora, we stand behind every pair we sell. If your socks aren't the right fit, you have 60 days from delivery to return or exchange them — no questions asked.

How to return

1. Email info@velora-socks.com with your order number.
2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item and drop it off at any carrier location.
4. Refund processed within 5 business days of receipt.

What's eligible

• Unworn or lightly tried-on socks in original packaging.
• Items purchased directly from velora-socks.com.
• Returns initiated within 60 days of the delivery date.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable; return shipping is on us.
