We ship every Velora order with care, fast tracking, and zero hassle.

Free shipping on every order. No minimum, no thresholds — standard shipping is always free.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as the package leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times.
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada & UK: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 10–21 business days, depending on customs.

Need it faster? An optional express upgrade is available at checkout.

Tracking. Every order includes carrier tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 3+ days, email info@velora-socks.com and we'll investigate immediately.

Lost or damaged packages. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
